Return:
Print Supremacy makes every effort to insure that our return policies are fair. We will gladly accept returned merchandise which is defective or shipped to you in error within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must email to printmacy@gmail.com obtain advance authorization to return the goods in question. Please have your customer number and invoice number on hand when calling about returns. Merchandise returned without authorization or after 30 days will not be accepted. We reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking charge. Please note that special orders and items advertised as seconds or selected rejects are final sales.
The original shipping charges and shipping fee tax will not be refunded.
